We will work with you, your insurance and your budget. Fees are based on the degree of care, skill of the doctor, staff, laboratory technician and quality of the materials used.

Please bring all insurance information with you and our staff will be happy to file your insurance claims. We ask that you please be prepared to pay any deductibles and your out of pocket portion. We file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients and can only assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment. We can not guarantee what your insurance will and will not pay or how they handle their claims. If you direct the company to pay its' share of the cost directly to the office, you will receive credit for this amount. You may pay your portion at the time of service or pay in installments if the service rendered is considered major. Payment arrangements are not subject to interest charges.

Insurance benefits vary greatly. Some plans cover only a portion of the complete dental treatment we offer. They exclude certain types of services, such as temporomandibular joint therapy (TMJ) and cosmetic dentistry. Benefits may be based on a chart or schedule of fees arbitrarily developed by insurance companies. So, if your plan covers 80 percent of the cost of dental treatment, it could mean 80 percent of the fee determined by the company, not 80 percent of our fee. The percentage paid is usually determined by how much you or your employer has paid for coverage or the type of contract your employer has set up with the insurance company.
